I started working with Christianna a couple of years ago when I first moved to the area. I needed help with relieving physical tension in my body due to stress that was causing migraines. She was safe, respectful, and intuitive while also grounding and never pushy or overbearing. This was important as I've worked with many practitioners over the years and that's not always the case! I also knew, though, that my physical tension and migraines weren't just about my body - they were connected to high emotions, grief, and family relationship challenges that I was struggling to process and understand without a lot of resistance and I was struggling to find supports that could help me reframe and come to a place of peace and clarity. As we continued to work together I was pleasantly surprised to learn all about Christianna's depth and layers of expertise supporting and nourishing women and mothers in particular. I always received gentle attunement to my body and inner experiences, deep relaxation, relief, and nourishing support, and I leave with an increased sense of confidence and love for my body and sense of internal knowingness about what I need. Christianna's space is comfortable, serene, and inviting. She creates a beautiful physical and emotional environment for healing. Christianna has offered me traditional massage, craniosacral therapy, lymphatic massage, and other support services specifically targeted to the ways my physical, emotional and spiritual bodies process my motherhood journey and family relationships that no other provider was able to support as fully. I truly believe that without her support, I would have continued to somaticize my emotional pain into physical pain in my body and manifested dis-ease and long term illness and mobility limitations as a result. I trust and value her and her work so much that when a family member recently began experiencing debilitating back and shoulder pain that involved several trips to the ER and no chiropractors or physical therapists could seem to help, I brought him to her and the support she gave him finally saw him experiencing relief for his pain that had kept him out of work for more than two weeks. He was greatly impressed as well and has continued working with her. She not only worked on his physical body, but brought awareness and support to relational patterns that were underlying some of his physical symptoms. We also had the opportunity to work together with him during a couple of sessions, and the opportunity to blend our gifts of healing for his benefit was incredible. Christianna honors the intuitive and innate healing capacity within all her clients and supports them to lean in and develop their own gifts in such a beautiful way. It's very rewarding to see my family member improving, not just physically but also I see emotional and relational changes in him that I haven't seen in decades! I send my friends and family to Christianna. I highly recommend her for massage, craniosacral, and other therapies and services.
Christianna is an amazing person, compassionate, funny and so incredibly kind and generous with her time and gifts! As a professional and healer, she is very knowledgeable and skilled and is a patient, thoughtful teacher and guide. My experiences with Christianna have so far spanned just one year but in that time she has held space for such incredible growth and change. My experience with Christianna’s CST and massage therapy began when I was freshly postpartum with my firstborn in 2023. I felt an immediate resonance with her somatic healing approach and energy and would highly recommend her practice to anyone. I remain a loyal and very grateful advocate of her amazing gifts.
